Located in the hills of Bouillante, the Bleu Malendure estate overlooks the Cousteau Reserve, with a stunning view of the Pigeon Islands from the main villa. Made up of two beautiful oceanfront villas on the same property, it charms with its refined, original and warm décor. The main villa (Malendure II) sleeps up to 8 guests, plus 4 additional beds on the mezzanine. Just below, Bleu Malendure I accommodates up to 6 guests. It is possible to rent just one of the villas, depending on your needs.

Under a generous ceiling height, the living area of Bleu Malendure II is flooded with light and blends charm and comfort. The cozy lounge and open mezzanine give the house a warm atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a terrace with sea views and an outdoor dining area. Thanks to its walk-through counter and natural-toned décor, indoors and outdoors become one.
Just below, Bleu Malendure I offers a bright, well-ventilated living room, also with a generous ceiling height. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a terrace facing the lush greenery. A large dining table for shared meals and an outdoor lounge area invite you to make the most of this exceptional natural setting, in a simple and convivial atmosphere.

The wooden terrace of Bleu Malendure II faces the sea and offers an idyllic setting to unwind: a 7 x 3 m private pool, sun loungers, hanging chairs and an outdoor lounge invite you to relax. A large dining table under a pergola allows you to share meals outdoors. From the terrace, the panoramic view of the Pigeon Islands and the mountains puts on a permanent show, especially at sunset. The terrace of Bleu Malendure I offers a panoramic view of the Bouillante hills and the Pigeon Islands. It features a large dining table, a comfortable garden lounge and a 5 x 3 m private pool surrounded by a relaxation area. You’ll enjoy an ideal spot to watch the sunsets over the Caribbean Sea.
A shared 5 m³ buffer tank of drinking water provides 24 to 48 hours of autonomy in case of a water outage.
