A master suite with direct access to the wooden deck completes this level, allowing you to wake up and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Upstairs, two bedrooms share a bathroom. One of these bedrooms connects to a smaller bedroom that can accommodate two children, a particularly convenient layout for families.

The wooden deck is a wonderful outdoor living space where you can fully enjoy the Caribbean lifestyle, with Raisins Clairs Beach right at your doorstep.
A cozy lounge area for sunset drinks overlooking the sea, an outdoor dining table shaded by a sea grape tree… Everything is in place to enjoy lovely moments with family or friends.
Just below the deck, in the small garden, a hammock gently swaying in the trade winds invites you to relax in the shade, listening to the soothing sound of the waves.

The residence also features two shared swimming pools and private parking with two dedicated spaces.
