Facing due west from its dramatic promontory, the villa simultaneously overlooks the bays of Lorient and St. Jean, offering sunsets that ignite the sky each evening while the islands of Bonhomme and Frégate become striking silhouettes against the horizon. Fully open to the terrace and ocean through expansive doors, the spacious main living area seamlessly blends kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces in a setting constantly refreshed by the island trade winds. A slatted wood ceiling filters the soft natural light streaming through two skylights above, creating an atmosphere that feels serene and quietly dramatic. Contemporary artwork with vibrant accents, golden sculptures, and handwoven lighting fixtures transform every corner into a curated composition. The gourmet kitchen, with elegant wood cabinetry and sleek chrome steel countertops, is fully equipped for effortless entertaining. Tucked discreetly behind the kitchen, a hidden corridor leads to a guest half-bathroom and separate service entrance — ideal for private chefs or housekeeping staff. Stretching across the entire front façade of the villa, the terrace is centered around a spectacular two-level infinity pool — heated saltwater, lined with shimmering Bisazza glass — extending into a heated jacuzzi seemingly suspended above the horizon. Sun loungers, a covered gazebo lounge, al fresco dining area, and gas barbecue complete the outdoor setting. A beautifully maintained tropical lawn surrounds the property, ensuring complete privacy and tranquility. Indoors, a fitness room with cardio equipment is directly accessible from Bedroom 4.
