Villa Cavok is ideally located within a quiet and secure residence, just a short walk from Anse des Rochers. The villa is accessed by a few steps. From the moment you enter, you are welcomed by an open and bright living space: the lounge opens directly onto the terrace, while the fully equipped kitchen connects to both the lounge and the rear of the villa, where a cosy corner invites you to relax away from the heat.
The lounge, air-conditioned and very comfortable, features a large sofa and several board games — perfect for shared moments with friends or family. A very practical back kitchen completes the space.
The beautiful heated swimming pool and its very comfortable sun loungers will delight you.

The terrace offers several spaces designed to make the most of the outdoors in any weather. The first is set up as a dining area, with a large table for your meals, beneath a bioclimatic pergola that opens and closes as you wish — to let the sunshine in or shield you from it.
Further along, a traditional carbet shelters a large comfortable sofa with sea views, the perfect spot to unwind and take in the scenery. The heated pool and its very comfortable sun loungers complete the picture beautifully.
On clear days, enjoy breathtaking views of the neighbouring islands and, in the background, the magnificent panorama of Basse-Terre.
