Spread over two levels, the house has plenty of room for an extended family or large group of friends to share a celebration or a vacation together. A number of amenities make it possible for everyone to find some way to relax, energize, or generally enjoy island life. Villa Neo contains a hammam, a disco room with a pool table and bar, a TV room with enough space for the whole group to watch a movie together, a fitness room, and a sound system and smart home assistant (controlled with an iPad) throughout. At 33 meters (108 feet), the heated pool is one of the largest on St. Barth.

The hub of the home is a gracious living area, with a kitchen on one end, which opens up to a wide, sunny and shaded terrace and pool. Two of the bedrooms are on opposite sides of this living room and have direct access to the terrace. A third bedroom is on this floor in the back, with a view of the private garden.

A dramatic glass staircase floats up to the top floor, where there are three bedrooms, including two that connect. The upstairs rooms all have stunning sea views. Throughout the house, each bedroom feels private and has a luxurious ensuite bathroom, in some cases with a bathtub.
