A favorite setting for early-morning runners, surfers, and lovers of long seaside walks, this part of the island offers landscapes worthy of the finest Caribbean postcards. Modern and spacious, the villa unfolds around its central swimming pool through independent bungalow-style living — each space thoughtfully set apart, each opening onto views of water or lush greenery, all surrounded by a peaceful tropical garden. Gustavia is just 15 minutes away, St. Jean 5 to 10 minutes. But once settled here, leaving rarely feels necessary.

Living Spaces 🌿

Bright and airy, the spacious main living area combines an open kitchen, dining room, and lounge beneath soaring ceilings. In the living room, a generous sofa, HD TV with French and American channels, and Blu-ray player create a welcoming atmosphere. Upstairs, a mezzanine lounge overlooks the ocean — the perfect place to read, work, or simply take in the view. The indoor dining table comfortably seats 6 guests, while a second table for 6 is available on the covered terrace for relaxed outdoor meals. Open to the living area, the fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, gas and ceramic cooktops, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice maker, drip coffee machine, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and kettle.

The villa’s 3 bedrooms — all featuring en-suite bathrooms with rainfall shower, air conditioning, WiFi, and safe — are divided between the main house and independent bungalows, each with views of the pool or garden.

Grand Fond’s pebble beach is within walking distance — better suited to surfers than family swimming due to Atlantic swells. The famous natural pools of Grand Fond, one of St. Barth’s unique geological wonders, are just a 3-minute drive away, while the calm beaches of St. Jean can be reached within 5 to 10 minutes.
