Some villas live up to their name. Bellissima is one of them. Perched in the heights of Lurin, above Gouverneur Beach, it commands a panoramic view over the Caribbean Sea stretching to the islands of Saba and St. Kitts, with sunsets visible from its terrace almost year-round. The interiors, designed by celebrated French decorator Christian Liaigre, blend minimalist restraint with noble materials in an atmosphere that is at once elegant and deeply serene. Accessible to guests with reduced mobility across nearly all of its spaces, Bellissima is also one of the rare villas in St. Barth to offer this level of accessibility without sacrificing an ounce of its character.

Living Spaces 🌿

The main pavilion brings together kitchen, lounge, and dining room in a generous space open onto the terrace and pool. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped: granite worktop, double refrigerator, built-in oven, 5-burner hob, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, ice maker, dishwasher, blender, microwave, and toaster — as well as an integrated communication centre with internet access, printer, and fax. The living room, furnished with Christian Liaigre pieces, features elegant sofas and armchairs, a well-stocked library, and a multi-zone audio system with indoor and outdoor speakers. An intercom system connects all bedrooms to the main pavilion.

All 3 bedrooms feature a king-size four-poster bed, private en-suite bathroom with double vanity and double shower, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, TV, and telephone — offering an identical standard of comfort, each with its own distinct personality.

ℹ️ Wheelchair accessibility: with the exception of the bungalow (Bedroom 3), all areas of the villa — living room, kitchen, Bedrooms 1 and 2, terrace, and pool — are fully step-free. 5-car parking at the same level.

Outdoor Areas & Activities 🌴

The stone and hardwood terrace runs the full length of the villa's façade, offering both sunny open areas and shaded spots under a pergola for dining or reading. The 15-metre heated infinity pool cascades down the eastern side of the property in a visual waterfall that dissolves into the blue of the sea. Sun loungers, a gas barbecue, and an outdoor dining table complete the space. The lush gardens surrounding the property add an extra layer of seclusion — one feels cocooned in tropical greenery as much as in a luxury villa.

Gouverneur Beach, one of the most beautiful and secluded on the island, is less than 2 minutes away by car. Gustavia, with its boutiques and restaurants, is just 4 minutes.
