Designed by local architecture firm Patrick Raffeneau, this 4-bedroom property tucks itself between the coconut palms, just steps from the waves of Anse des Cayes, the island's favourite surf beach. Inside, sculpted wood, refined fabrics, and driftwood accents create an atmosphere that is at once contemporary and warm, where you feel at home from the very first hour. Outside, the 18-metre heated mirror pool reflects the sky, and a sandy path leads you to the sea in thirty seconds.

The ground floor unfolds as one generous open living space: a comfortable lounge with a high-end home cinema system, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and an indoor dining area. The kitchen matches the finest tables on the island: two refrigerators, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, juicer, kettle, and a Liebherr wine cellar. A breakfast bar with six raw wood stools serves as the natural meeting point between kitchen and living room. The entire space can be fully closed and air-conditioned or thrown wide open onto the terrace, depending on the hour and the mood.

A sandy path crosses the dune and leads directly to Anse des Cayes beach, sheltered by rocky reefs and perfect for snorkelling and swimming. Gustave III Airport is 3 minutes away, Restaurant Manapany a 5-minute walk, and Gustavia just 10 minutes by car.
