In case of cancellation, the Tenant agrees to notify it by email to location@villa-prestige-antilles.com. The date of receipt of the email will determine the official cancellation date.
- Cancellation more than 180 days prior to arrival: the deposit will be fully refunded.
- Cancellation between 61 and 180 days prior to arrival: the deposit will be retained by the Owner.
- Cancellation 60 days or less prior to arrival: the full balance of the reservation will be due.
Specific cancellation policy for holiday season stays (for any reservation including the night of December 24th and/or December 31st):
- Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival: the deposit will be retained by the Owner.
- Cancellation 90 days or less prior to arrival: the full balance of the reservation will be due.
