The moment you pass through the gates of Villa Mauresque, you no longer feel entirely in St. Barth. You are somewhere else — in a world inspired by Morocco and Arabian palaces, filled with flowing drapes, vibrant cushions, carefully sourced antiques, lanterns, and intricate arabesque details. Perched above Corossol, this four-bedroom villa unfolds across four interconnected levels linked by staircases, like a palace suspended above the sea. And while the décor is undeniably captivating, it is the view that ultimately steals the show: sweeping panoramas over Corossol, Public, and Gustavia, boats gliding in and out of the harbor, and sunsets setting the bay ablaze. Due to the villa’s steep and secluded location, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended.

The main living room, air-conditioned and bathed in natural light through large windows opening toward the sea, feels like an invitation to travel: colorful cushions, curated artworks, flowing curtains dancing with the trade winds, and slender rectangular windows climbing toward the ceiling in the spirit of a Moroccan riad. The adjoining, well-equipped kitchen opens onto the covered terrace and its dining table — the ideal setting for long meals overlooking the bay.
