The house is divided into separate bungalows, ensuring maximum privacy and also providing a variety of indoor and outdoor corners and areas to chill out or relax with a book or socialize with loved ones. It has an open-plan living and dining area beneath the vaulted, whitewashed ceilings that are typical of the island’s architecture. Because this space can be opened on two sides, it is airy and connected with nature.

The kitchen occupies its own bungalow with easy access to the dining area and outdoor spaces. The swimming pool is tucked away in the back, while on the front terrace, there is a jacuzzi.

Two of the bedrooms are to one side of the living area. Each has a private entrance, although one can also be accessed directly from the living room. The third bedroom is in its own bungalow, down a few steps and on the opposite side of the property. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, one of which is mostly outdoors and surrounded by plants.
