The architecture is quintessentially local: whitewashed vaulted ceilings, natural wood, soft tones — and the atmosphere is that of a home you genuinely enjoy inhabiting, not a hotel you merely check in and out of. Out front, a terrace jacuzzi faces the lagoon and the calm waters of Grand Cul-de-Sac. Out back, a private pool nestled in a space of complete seclusion. And between the two, a villa that knows exactly what it is.

Living Spaces 🌿

The main living room, beneath its vaulted ceiling, opens on two sides to let the trade winds and natural light flow through permanently. Comfortable sofas, a dining corner, TV — the atmosphere is relaxed and warm. The kitchen occupies its own adjacent independent bungalow, fully equipped (coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator) and with its own quiet charm: light wood, natural tones, close enough to the living room to cook while staying in the conversation. At the rear, the private terrace offers an alfresco dining area with surf-style seating in orange and turquoise accents — a laid-back, warm-spirited space directly connected to the living room and pool.

Sleeping Area 🌙

All bedrooms feature a king-size bed, private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and ceiling fan — distributed to ensure maximum privacy between guests. Details on request.

Outdoor Areas & Activities 🌴

The front terrace, facing the lagoon, is Ti Rock's signature space: a heated outdoor jacuzzi presides over it, looking out across the turquoise waters of Grand Cul-de-Sac — perfect for sundowner aperitifs or evenings under the stars. The rear terrace, more secluded and wrapped in tropical vegetation, is home to the private pool: sun loungers, a covered dining area, and direct access to the living room. The tropical gardens surrounding the bungalows offer numerous leafy nooks for reading, unwinding, or simply doing nothing at all.

Grand Cul-de-Sac beach — with its waterfront restaurants and water activities (kitesurfing, kayaking, snorkelling with sea turtles) — is 5 minutes away by car. St. Jean is 10 minutes, Gustavia 15 minutes.
