Tourmaline is known as the stone believed to absorb negative energy and encourage serenity — and that is precisely the feeling this villa inspires from the very first moments. Nestled within the private Issayah Estate, at the end of a secluded driveway marked by an elegant golden gate, the villa opens onto the turquoise waters of Grand Cul-de-Sac lagoon in all their brilliance. Contemporary architecture, natural stone, and warm wood accents create an understated elegance that feels effortless. This is not a villa trying to impress — it soothes, and that is far rarer.
Living Spaces 🌿
The fully air-conditioned living area opens onto the terrace and lagoon through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, dissolving the boundary between indoors and out. Comfortable sofas and an HD TV lounge create the welcoming atmosphere of a home designed to be lived in and enjoyed. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, juicer, kettle, and toaster. At its center, a breakfast bar framed by woven rattan pendant lights naturally becomes the gathering place for slow island mornings. A covered terrace extends the living space outdoors, featuring an al fresco dining area for up to 8 guests and a shaded lounge facing the lagoon. To the left, a more intimate terrace reveals a cozy seating area and fire pit — the perfect setting for evenings beneath the stars.

The villa’s bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning, are divided between the main villa and an independent bungalow. Details on request.
Outdoor Spaces & Leisure 🌴
The heated 16-meter infinity pool, set on a wooden deck overlooking the lagoon, is the villa’s outdoor centerpiece. Sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and uninterrupted views toward Turtle Island create a setting made for long, peaceful days. At the rear of the villa, a quiet corner beneath the shade of an old guaiac tree — St. Barth’s emblematic tree — invites moments of stillness accompanied only by birdsong and the breeze through the branches. Guests also have access to the shared fitness room, available to the four villas within the Issayah Estate via a garden pathway. A wine cellar adds an extra touch to the villa’s thoughtful amenities.
Grand Cul-de-Sac, famous for its calm waters ideal for kitesurfing, windsurfing, kayaking, and snorkeling, is just a short walk away. The renowned L’Esprit restaurant and its refined dining experience are also close at hand.

In case of cancellation, the Tenant agrees to notify it by email to location@villa-prestige-antilles.com. The date of receipt of the email will determine the official cancellation date.
- Cancellation more than 180 days prior to arrival: the deposit will be fully refunded.
- Cancellation between 61 and 180 days prior to arrival: the deposit will be retained by the Owner.
- Cancellation 60 days or less prior to arrival: the full balance of the reservation will be due.
Specific cancellation policy for holiday season stays (for any reservation including the night of December 24th and/or December 31st):
- Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival: the deposit will be retained by the Owner.
- Cancellation 90 days or less prior to arrival: the full balance of the reservation will be due.
