Tucked at the end of a private lane within the Issayah Estate, Villa Larimar announces itself through a majestic gilded gate — a gentle preparation for what lies beyond. The architecture, designed by Bruneau Ghezzi Architectes, plays the card of absolute refinement: noble wood, stone, generous volumes bathed in natural light. From the very first step inside, the lagoon of Grand Cul-de-Sac asserts itself as the only horizon — its turquoise reflections pass through the villa from end to end, from the floor-to-ceiling living room windows to the bedroom terraces.

ℹ️ Flexible Configuration: the villa is available as a 2 or 3-bedroom rental depending on the size of your group. For larger gatherings, it can also be rented together with 3 other villas within the estate for up to 14 bedrooms.

The air-conditioned living area, fully open onto the terrace, brings together a dining table for 10 and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and wine cellar. The flow between inside and outside is total — no boundary, just a natural transition between the two. The Sonos audio system carries a continuous musical atmosphere through every room, from the living room to the bedrooms and terrace, always present but never intrusive. The entire villa is managed via iPad.

The 16-metre heated infinity pool runs along the façade with a shallow-end section that evokes a private lagoon. And then there's the detail that stays with you: a sculpted arch of amber fragments on the terrace, reflected in the waters of the lagoon below — where sea turtles are regularly spotted. The kind of image you don't manufacture. A stone path leads down to a wellness area nestled within the tropical vegetation — driftwood benches, complete seclusion. Residents of the Issayah Estate also have access to a shared fitness room.

Grand Cul-de-Sac, renowned for its calm waters ideal for kitesurfing, windsurfing, kayaking, and diving, is 3 minutes away. The acclaimed restaurant L'Esprit is within the same distance. And for larger groups: Villa Larimar can be rented together with other villas in the estate — such as Villa Tourmaline — to form a private compound of up to 14 bedrooms, perfect for seminars, large family gatherings, or exceptional celebrations.
