The architecture, designed by Bruneau Ghezzi Architectes, plays the card of absolute refinement: noble wood, stone, generous volumes bathed in natural light. From the very first step inside, the lagoon of Grand Cul-de-Sac asserts itself as the only horizon — its turquoise reflections pass through the villa from end to end, from the floor-to-ceiling living room windows to the bedroom terraces.

The air-conditioned living area, fully open onto the terrace, brings together a dining table for 10 and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and wine cellar.
