Living Spaces 🌿

The open-plan living area is the true heart of the villa. A full wall of retractable glass doors disappears entirely, opening the space onto the terrace and panoramic views while allowing the trade winds to flow freely through the home. On the street-facing side, a large picture window frames Flamands Bay like a living work of art. Deep sofas invite long, unhurried moments of relaxation. The sleek, fully equipped kitchen extends along the back of the living area, also opening onto the view. Positioned at the junction between indoors and outdoors, the dining table beside the pool creates the perfect setting for long shared meals overlooking the bay.

The villa’s three bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, HD TV, Apple TV, US and French satellite channels, WiFi, and a safe, are spread across two levels — each with its own layout and sense of privacy.

The covered terrace, the villa’s true outdoor living space, revolves around the heated swimming pool. A shaded lounge area sets the scene for sunset aperitifs, sun loungers invite slow afternoons in the warmth, and the poolside dining table creates memorable dinners overlooking Flamands Bay. A gas barbecue completes the setting for evenings spent grilling beneath the stars.

Flamands Beach, long and beautifully preserved, is just a 5-minute drive away. The road is steep, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended for getting around comfortably. Gustavia, with its boutiques and gourmet restaurants, can be reached in 10 minutes.
