The heart of the villa is its expansive open-air living room, flowing effortlessly onto the terrace and panoramic views, constantly cooled by the trade winds. When desired, the space can also be fully enclosed and air-conditioned. Oversized sofas layered with soft cushions and abundant natural light create an atmosphere that feels both spacious and intimate. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats up to 8 guests around a large table, while the fully equipped kitchen features a central island designed for cooking together — or with a private chef — along with a discreet back kitchen for behind-the-scenes preparation.
