Inside, understated elegance sets the tone: vaulted white ceilings, warm mahogany floors, and custom-made furnishings dressed in ocean-blue cushions create a bright, breezy atmosphere filled with natural light. As soon as the large shuttered doors are opened, the sea breeze flows effortlessly through the villa. The living room, equipped with American satellite TV and WiFi, opens directly onto the covered terrace. Adjacent to it, the fully equipped kitchen is ideal for spontaneous breakfasts before the beach or relaxed dinners after a day spent in the sand.

Both bedrooms feature king-size beds convertible into twin beds, en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and programmable safes. Opening onto the rear terrace surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, they offer privacy and tranquility despite the villa’s exceptional beachfront location.

The teak terrace stretches across the villa’s entire ocean-facing side, offering a large dining table for up to 10 guests beneath swaying palm trees, sun loungers, a small café table perfect for breakfast by the waves, and a hammock tucked discreetly into the tropical greenery for lazy afternoon naps. A barbecue and six additional loungers complete the outdoor setup. From the terrace, just a few steps lead directly onto the white sands of Flamands — one of the island’s longest and most unspoiled beaches.

A scenic stroll along the shore brings you to the restaurants and amenities of the Cheval Blanc St-Barth Isle de France, while Gustavia is just a 10-minute drive away.
