Case Thalie is one of the very few one-bedroom villas in Saint-Barthélemy capable of rivaling the island’s grandest properties. The air-conditioned, open-plan living area combines the kitchen and lounge in a bright, flowing space designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living. Custom-made furnishings enhance the warm atmosphere, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, blender, and wine cellar. The lounge features a TV with Dish Network, Canal Satellite, and Apple TV, as well as a Sonos sound system and mosquito screens for evenings with the windows open. Just outside, the covered terrace with its dining table naturally extends the living space toward the pool and sea views. An independent guest WC, housed in its own small bungalow, completes the shared areas.

The terrace is one of Case Thalie’s true highlights. At its center, the heated infinity pool with hydromassage jets is surrounded by loungers and a hammock area made for slow Caribbean afternoons. A gas barbecue corner with sink and bar provides everything needed for open-air dining overlooking the bay. An outdoor sound system carries music seamlessly from the terrace to the pool area, creating the perfect atmosphere from morning to sunset.

St. Jean Beach, Eden Rock, Nikki Beach, and the waterfront restaurants are all within walking distance via the new sidewalk along the road, or just a two-minute drive away. Four private parking spaces complete the property.
