Perched in the heights of Lurin on a steeply sloping plot, it unfolds across multiple levels like an inhabited sculpture - travertine, concrete, dark wood, and sweeping openings - in a rigorous harmony between noble materials and the surrounding nature. Understated, with a slightly masculine edge, resolutely contemporary in every detail, it speaks to those who see architecture as a way of life in its own right.

Living Spaces 🌿

The living room, opening onto the terrace through wide doors, captures light and trade winds throughout the day. Climatisation-free yet designed to breathe naturally, it benefits from cross-ventilation that keeps it wonderfully cool and serene at any hour. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living room by a generous breakfast bar - the natural gathering point of the house. A more intimate, air-conditioned TV room rounds out the interior living spaces, perfect for group evenings or rainy afternoons.

The terrace extends the living space generously outward: shaded and sun-drenched lounging areas, a dining corner, barbecue station, backgammon nook, and outdoor shower follow one another in a fluid arrangement around the heated infinity pool, whose mirror surface dissolves seamlessly into the marine panorama beyond.

Outdoor Areas & Activities 🌴

On arrival, a covered parking area welcomes your vehicles. At the same level, a fully equipped fitness room caters to the more active guests. An elevator serves all floors - a welcome comfort on such a steeply terraced plot - and connects through to the outdoor spaces. The terrace, beautifully ventilated, offers several covered areas to fully enjoy the tropical climate: take a plunge in the heated infinity pool suspended above the bay, or settle in for a game of backgammon as the trade winds drift through.

Lurin occupies a strategic position at the heart of the island, halfway between Gustavia and St. Jean. From the villa, the panorama sweeps across St. Jean Bay, the Caribbean horizon, and in the distance, the airport runway, offering a front-row spectacle with every take-off and landing. Gustavia, with its boutiques and acclaimed restaurants, is just minutes away, as are Shell Beach and Gouverneur.
