It took nearly two years of painstaking work by stonemasons and carpenters to bring this vision by New York-based firm Barnes and Coy to life. The result is a villa unlike any other on the island: local stone, dark wood, chocolate leather, floor-to-ceiling glass — an architecture of absolute coherence and precision, where every material converses with the next in a harmony that is both rigorous and warm. Set on the Pointe Milou peninsula, La Danse des Étoiles enjoys a rare privilege: it watches the Atlantic rise to the east, and the bays of Lorient and St. Jean glow crimson to the west at sunset. On a clear day, St. Martin is visible on the horizon. The villa lives up to its name.

Living Spaces 🌿

The entrance leads directly into the grand open living area — kitchen, dining room, and lounge united beneath soaring sloped ceilings that give the whole space the atmosphere of a lived-in loft. To the west, an entire glass wall slides away and disappears, erasing any boundary between inside and out. The dark lacquered wood dining table seats up to 8; the sofas, up to 10. The kitchen matches the setting: generous worktops, SubZero refrigerators, Viking range, Delonghi oven, wine cellar, ice maker, and breakfast bar. On the mezzanine, tucked beneath the vault of the ceiling, a discreet and comfortably appointed desk allows you to stay connected without leaving the villa's atmosphere.

The lower level (Bedrooms 4 & 5), with its independent living space (large TV, home cinema, stereo, Apple TV, Blu-Ray), fitness room, and massage room, is only included in the 5-bedroom configuration.

The main terrace, sheltered by a large canvas awning, hosts an alfresco dining table, sun loungers cooled by an automatic misting system, and the heated infinity pool — oriented to catch the trade winds at all times. A Fisher and Paykel professional grill makes outdoor barbecues effortless. A short distance from the terrace, a nautilus-shaped bathroom with a spectacular design features a rainfall jet shower. Below, a more secluded secondary terrace offers a peaceful retreat, filled with the sound of a black stone fountain and a breathtaking view of the Caribbean framed through a curtain of scarlet bougainvilleas.
