Within the secured grounds of Domaine du Levant, in Petit Cul-de-Sac, Casa del Mar is not a villa — it is a private estate. Two distinct houses, Casa del Mar and its sister property Casa del Sol, connected by landscaped pathways across more than 3 hectares overlooking the cliffs and the Atlantic. White and grey interiors, clean lines, works by international artists, B&B Italia and Dedon furniture... and everywhere, the ocean as backdrop. As if the view were the only decoration one could ever need.

Living Spaces 🌿

Casa del Mar, the main villa, houses the estate's heart of life: an air-conditioned living area open onto the terrace and ocean, an outdoor dining table for 10, and a professional Valcucine kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, and blender. Casa del Sol, perched at the top of the grounds, has its own living room with panoramic sea views, a fully equipped Valcucine kitchen, and a dining area. Both living spaces function independently, allowing large groups to share the estate without ever encroaching on each other's privacy. On the lower level of Casa del Mar, an air-conditioned cinema room with large screen, surround sound system, and Apple TV completes the interior amenities.

All 6 bedrooms feature a European king-size bed, private en-suite bathroom, private sea-view terrace, air conditioning, ceiling fan, HD TV with Dish Network, DVD player, iPod dock, and safe — distributed across both villas.

Outdoor Areas & Activities 🌴

The estate is lived in as much outside as in — if not more so. Two heated pools occupy each villa, surrounded by generous terraces and sun loungers. At the highest point of the property, an 8-person carved stone jacuzzi overlooks the cliffs and the Atlantic: the ideal spot for a sundowner. A large clifftop gazebo pavilion, equipped for barbecues and alfresco dining for up to 15 guests, is one of the most spectacular spaces on the estate. The air-conditioned fitness room (treadmill, rowing machine, bike, weight bench, free weights), located near the cinema room, has its own shower room.

Residents of Domaine du Levant also enjoy access to two floodlit tennis courts, allowing play well into the evening. The beach at Petit Cul-de-Sac, calm and sheltered by its reef, is just a few minutes' walk away.

ℹ️ Important note: The two villas cannot be rented separately — Casa del Mar and Casa del Sol form one single, indivisible estate, guaranteeing complete privacy for the group.
