Villa Cocoloco is located in the quiet and beautiful Pointe Milou district of the island, with a terrific view of the Bay of St. Jean and St. Martin. Its proximity to the Christopher Hotel gives you access to the hotel restaurants and spa.

The center of the vacation home is the open-air living area, which manages to be both large and cozy, with overstuffed sofas piled with cushions. It opens onto the terrace, which has several lounging areas and a heated swimming pool with a 180-degree ocean view.

To one side of the living room, the dining room has a table that seats eight people. Behind it is a fully equipped kitchen, with an island for show cooking (perhaps with a private chef organized by the Sibarth concierge) and a back kitchen for the prep work that does not need to be done in public. There is also an outdoor barbecue area.

There are four master suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Two of them are upstairs and can be connected to one another, while the other two are downstairs. They all have king-size beds, televisions with Netflix access, and luxurious showers, one of which is outdoors.
