The villa Frégate of 170m ² is designed to receive 8 people with 4 air-conditioned double bedrooms:

*At the first floor:
A spacious living room open onto the sea and the patio
Large and very pleasant patio of 100m² with a dining area to eat facing the sea and in the shade of the multipliers after 1pm.
A very well fitted kitchen with a storeroom
A sea-view master bedroom, with king-size bed, television, dressing room and bathroom with shower.
A sea-view bedroom with double bed, without storage cupboard, and a library.

*Upstairs under the roof slope
A bedroom with a King-size bed, storage cupboard.
A sea-view bedroom, King-size bed convertible into 2 single beds, storage cupboard.
Spacious mezzanine, with 2 desks to work, and a sofa. Very nice balcony with sea view.

Services:
Provision of a bed-linen and sheets swap for stays of 15 days or more, and mid-stay cleaning offered for any stay of 15 days or more.
