Designed to adapt to your needs, it can be rented as a whole or separately, offering either the privacy of each villa or the comfort of a central shared space. Living Areas 🌿

At the heart of the estate, the shared space captivates with its bright and refined atmosphere. It features a large living area opening onto the terrace, with a contemporary kitchen and a spacious dining table. On the wooden terrace, armchairs, a hanging chair, and lounge areas create a serene setting for relaxation.
Each villa also has its own independent living space, designed in the same light and contemporary spirit. The living room opens onto a private terrace, with a modern integrated kitchen and a convivial dining area.

Sleeping Area 🌙

Each villa consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms:
Bedroom 1
• Two twin beds (90 cm) that can be converted into a king-size bed
• Ensuite bathroom

• Two twin beds (90 cm) that can be converted into a king-size bed
• Ensuite bathroom

Outdoor Areas & Activities 🌴

Each villa features its own private terrace with a dining area and lounge corner facing a small private pool. Ideally located, within just a two-minute drive from the residence you will find La Coulée beach, the casino, the airfield, the golf course, and the marina of Saint-François.
