Built on one level, Villa Solumi features a spacious living room with TV area and an open kitchen equipped with a central island. Several distinct areas provide warmth and conviviality: a large covered terrace with an outdoor lounge, perfect for enjoying cocktails while gazing at the ocean, and a cozy corner with armchairs and parasols to relax by the pool.
At the end of the garden, a small gate gives you direct access to the beach.
