Located in the North West of the Island of Saint Barth, just a few minutes from Gustavia and the famous Flamands beach, the villa Alpaka build on two levels will transport you to a magical universe where time hangs.

Living Areas 🌿

The bright living room on the main level, opens onto the terrace and infinity pool with ocean view. The decor is tasteful, simple, with a touch of arty flair to add character to your stay. The fully equipped kitchen with its 6 seats bar, partially opens to the air-conditioned living area with a 8 seats table, ideal for relaxed, convivial meals. Outside, a 15m long infinity pool merges with the sea and vegetation in the background.

Sleeping Area 🌙

The villa features 4 master suites across two levels. One is located on the main floor and is ideal for a PMR access. The 3 others are one the lower level accessible from garage or via staircases on either side of the pool. They are air-conditioned with private bathroom, desk and balcony and all with king size beds (180cm) convertible into two twin beds.

Outdoor Areas & Activities 🌴

The spacious wooden deck includes a 15m infinity pool, an outdoor nice little dining area and deckchairs— all facing the sea. The perfect place to relax and unwind in peace. Besides, you will have a direct proximity to the sublime beach of Flamands, enjoying delicious moments in the sun, during a game of beach volleyball or snorkeling to observe the seabed.
