Located in the hills of Bouillante, the Bleu Malendure estate overlooks the Cousteau Reserve and offers breathtaking views of the Pigeon Islets. Composed of two units on the same plot facing the sea, it charms with its refined, original, and welcoming decor. The main villa can accommodate up to 8 guests, with an additional 4 beds on the mezzanine for children. Below, the Bleu Malendure II villa can host up to 6 guests.

The villa features a bright living area with beautiful high ceilings, combining charm and comfort. The cosy lounge and open mezzanine create a warm atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the terrace with sea view and outdoor dining area. The pass-through counter and natural decor enhance the harmony between indoor and outdoor spaces.

• The new air conditioning units on the mezzanines operate from 8 PM to 8 AM.

New: The mezzanine is now equipped with dual air conditioning for optimal comfort, and a shared 5 m³ buffer tank of drinking water provides 24 to 48 hours of autonomy in case of a water outage.

Outdoor Areas & Activities 🌴

The wooden terrace, facing the sea, offers an idyllic setting for relaxation: private pool, sun loungers, hanging chairs, and an outdoor lounge create the perfect chill-out space. A large dining table under the pergola is ideal for outdoor meals. From the terrace, the panoramic view of the Pigeon Islets and mountains is a constant delight, especially at sunset.
