Spread over two levels, the villa opens onto a spacious wooden terrace with an infinity pool. The ground floor features a bright, air-conditioned living room decorated with refined taste (Tribu furniture) and equipped with a 55-inch smart TV (access to Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, etc.).
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, American fridge with ice dispenser, dishwasher) and top-quality kitchenware (Villeroy & Boch, Cristel).
