The villa is only 5 minutes away from Raisins Clairs Beach (one of the most beautiful beaches in Guadeloupe) and close to the marina, city center, and boat departures for the islands.
A 4,000-liter water tank ensures continuous water supply in case of outages.
The villa is fully accessible for seniors and guests with reduced mobility.
