White Pearl

Villa White Pearl is a sleek and contemporary home spread over three levels, each offering a unique ocean view over Basse-Terre and Les Saintes. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Le Gosier, just 5 minutes from La Datcha beach and all amenities, this spacious and modern villa stands out for its thoughtful layout, expansive outdoor areas, mirror pool, and high-quality features.

Living Spaces 🌿

The main level of the villa features a bright through-living room extended by two large terraces. The rear terrace includes a covered dining area with a barbecue for 6 guests. The second, facing the sea, spans 70 m² and includes a large corner sofa, a dining table for 12 guests, and a daybed perfect for lounging. The open-plan kitchen with central island is connected to the living space. On the lower level, a large outdoor lounge area with ambient lighting completes the layout.

Sleeping Area 🌙

The four air-conditioned bedrooms are spread over two levels and all face the ocean. Three are located upstairs, and the fourth on the pool level. They offer generous space and privacy. Two bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom, while the remaining two share a bathroom.

The villa features three large terraces across different levels, including a 70 m² panoramic terrace facing the sea. You’ll enjoy an outdoor lounge, sun loungers, outdoor shower, barbecue and plancha grill. The saltwater mirror pool, secured by an immersed alarm, also includes a bac à punch – perfect for relaxing with an ocean view. The house is equipped with two municipal water tanks (total 2,000 L), fitness equipment, and an electric gate.
