The heart of the villa revolves around an open, welcoming living space: a custom-designed American kitchen, fully equipped, opens onto a dining area with a large table for 10 guests and a TV lounge. The entire space extends onto a terrace with several cozy outdoor areas. Upstairs, a TV lounge with a library, comic books, board games, and comfy sofas provides a quiet reading or relaxation spot out of the sun.

All four bedrooms are air-conditioned master suites with private bathrooms and toilets. Two are located on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and pool, and two are upstairs with private balconies and panoramic sea views.

The garden is peaceful and fully private. From within the residence, a private gate leads to a footpath that reaches the beach in about ten minutes.
