Chalet NIA

The estate includes three types of accommodations: a charming 40 m² chalet named Nia, ideal for 2 to 4 guests, as well as two spacious villas (Sia and Mia), each measuring 120 m² and accommodating 6 to 8 guests. Each villa offers its guests a private pool and exclusive spa area — a perfect blend of modern comfort and natural surroundings.

Each accommodation has been uniquely designed with its own distinctive atmosphere. You’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the natural and authentic environment of the Nord Basse-Terre region in Guadeloupe. Ideally located in Plessis Nogent, Sainte-Rose, the Nia chalet is conveniently close to a supermarket for your groceries, restaurants and a pizzeria for dining out, and a greengrocer where you can find fresh fruits and vegetables — all just a 3-minute drive away.

The Nia chalet is perfectly suited for 2 adults and 2 children. It features a fully equipped living room/kitchen and a convertible sofa bed. The air-conditioned bedroom is a master suite with a king-size bed, a wardrobe, and a travertine stone bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The interior surface area of the chalet is 35 m², complemented by 56 m² of outdoor living space, including a deck, terrace, and pergola. The outdoor area offers several cozy corners where you can truly enjoy your vacation. The chalet also features a spa area that can accommodate up to 4 people under a pergola. You can also enjoy outdoor meals thanks to the fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, while admiring the flowering garden and local fruit trees.

Numerous water activities await nearby, whether at Grande-Anse beach or the port of Sainte-Rose, where small cruise boats allow you to explore the mangrove ecosystem, the Grand Cul-de-Sac Marin, and perhaps even spot dolphins and sea turtles.
