Spacious, bright, and fully equipped, it comfortably accommodates up to 12 adults and 2 to 4 children, depending on their age.

The cathedral-style living room, bathed in natural light thanks to large sliding doors, opens directly onto the pool and garden. The modern lounge area features a large modular sofa and flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing in a stylish and comfortable setting.
The dining area, enhanced by a designer chandelier and panoramic views of the horizon, seats up to 10 guests.
The American-style kitchen is both elegant and functional, offering a central island with bar stools and all necessary appliances to cook with ease.
