Ideally located between Sainte-Anne and Saint-François, just 200 meters from Helleux Beach and the coastal path, this upscale villa offers breathtaking sea views, an infinity pool, a jacuzzi, and high-end amenities.Villa Zen offers great flexibility: it can accommodate 6 to 10 guests. For groups larger than 6, the rate is adjusted according to the number of guests.

The bright main living area includes a TV lounge, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a central island, and an indoor dining space. Large sliding doors open onto a 170 m² teak deck featuring a shaded outdoor lounge, a pergola, and several relaxation areas facing the ocean. The ambiance is naturally peaceful, perfect for unwinding at any time of year.

The 170 m² teak deck, designed like a boat deck, overlooks a private tropical garden with no facing neighbours. It includes an outdoor lounge, a shaded gazebo, a jacuzzi, and a salt-treated infinity pool with submerged alarm. From the garden, you can access the coastal path that winds along the sea and connects to several unspoiled beaches, including Helleux Beach and Bois Jolan. Calm and sea views are ever-present.
